Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in primary schools?

We are currently recruiting KS2 Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Rugby and the surrounding Warwickshire area on a day-to-day supply basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, is adaptable and can make a positive difference in the classroom.

The Role:

* Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2.
* Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required.
* Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated and on task.
* Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
* Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Has previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
* Is confident, enthusiastic and adaptable.
* Has excellent communication and classroom support skills.
