Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £48,000 – £56,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off | 2 Days / 2 Nights
Hours: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00

We are looking for an Electrically Qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large-scale, 24/7 industrial operation in Warwickshire.
This is a hands-on role working on high-power industrial equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault-finding and maintenance.

The Role

• Reactive breakdown response and fault-finding
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Working on motors, drives, control systems and industrial machinery
• Working at height when required
• Supporting improvements to plant reliability and uptime
• Completing maintenance records and documentation

Requirements

• Electrical qualification – essential
• Level 3 Electrical/Engineering qualification
• Strong electrical fault-finding experience
• Good mechanical maintenance skills
• Previous heavy industrial / high-power manufacturing experience
• Experience working on motors and industrial equipment
• Comfortable working at height
• Strong health & safety awareness

Heavy industry, steel, manufacturing, processing or similar backgrounds are particularly relevant.
