Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy site based in Southam, CV47.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role will involve working as part of a team to process, move and prepare stock efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

£12.71 per hour

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Receiving and processing incoming stock

• Unloading and moving products safely around the warehouse

• Sorting and organising stock into designated areas

• Picking items and preparing them for the next stage of the process

• Packing products securely and accurately

• Checking products for damage or quality issues

• Completing basic quality checks and inspections where required

• Scanning items and updating stock information using warehouse systems

• Moving stock between different departments and warehouse locations

• Preparing completed orders for dispatch

• Ensuring all items are handled carefully and correctly throughout the warehouse process

• Keeping workstations and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised

• Working efficiently to meet daily productivity and operational targets

• Following site procedures and health and safety regulations at all times

• Completing other general warehouse duties as required

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within a fast-paced environment. Experience using scanners or warehouse systems would also be beneficial.

The site is based in Southam, CV47. Due to the location, applicants must live locally or within the surrounding areas and have a reliable method of travelling to and from site.
