Hours: 22:00 - 06:00, Mon-Fri shift

Omnia Resourcing is proud to be recruiting for our new client, a leading logistics and distribution business, seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Rugby.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is confident using Excel, has excellent attention to detail and can effectively manage a variety of warehouse administration duties.
Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Administrator:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports and trackers
- Process orders, invoices and other warehouse-related documentation
- Monitor and record stock, deliveries and operational information
- Liaise with warehouse teams, internal departments, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are kept accurate and up to date
- Support with general warehouse administration and operational tasks
Requirements as Warehouse Administrator:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
- Strong Excel skills - confident working with spreadsheets, formulas and data
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with different teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
- Proactive, reliable and positive can-do attitude
