The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Manage the classroom effectively and maintain high expectations of behaviour.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning.
• Follow individual school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.
• Adapt quickly and confidently to different school environments.
• Represent yourself and Clarence Recruitment professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will:

• Hold UK QTS or QTLS.
• Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Be confident teaching your specialist subject and providing general cover when required.
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be professional, reliable and adaptable.
• Have a genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people.
