Job Description:

Supplier Relationship Analyst - £27/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire (Hybrid potential) - 12 Months (maternity cover)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Relationship Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role is integral to managing and enhancing relationships with key and strategic suppliers, ensuring value delivery for both the organization and its partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for key/strategic suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the supplier side.
• Partner with suppliers to resolve performance issues and provide detailed reporting on outcomes.
• Utilize relationship management techniques to foster collaboration and mutual value creation.

Qualifications

• Advanced education and relevant work experience in supplier relationship management or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Experience in influencing others within the job area through clear communication of facts, policies, and practices.
• Familiarity with supplier quality management.

Day-to-Day

• Act as the primary point of contact for key/strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Analyse supplier performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address and resolve any performance or compliance issues.
• Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and relationship management outcomes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance supplier relationships and drive value creation.
