A Growing European 3rd Party Logistics provider operating across multiple sectors based in Lutterworth.
Description
- Develop and oversee logistics the tender process for potential customers meeting organisational goals.
- Lead the design of effective solutions for customer logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain processes.
- Analyse data to improve logistics performance and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication on project progress.
- Advise about technology developments for new and existing customers.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the solutions design team.
Profile
A successful Solutions Design Lead UK should have:
- Strong background in 3rd party logistics solutions design .
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing logistics solutions.
- Experience using AutoCad for warehouse layouts (essential)
- Prior experience working on transport solutions (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tender projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
Job Offer
- Salary of £90,000 to £100,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- Car allowance.
- Permanent hybrid role based in Lutterworth (1-2 days)
