Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5pm - Rugby Centre- Office based - Charity sector

A wonderful opportunity to work as a Senior Administrator supporting the office Manager working in a friendly cheerful team.

• Responsible for a welcoming reception service, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries
• Reporting to the office manager you will provide administrative support to the management team - producing a range of documents, letters, reports, minutes of meetings and newsletters.
• Maintain company databases
• Assist with the marketing and publicity and distribution of accessible newsletters.
• Management of company social media, including content creation, performance tracking and strategies to optimise content reach and engagement

The ideal applicant will have

• Experience of providing administration support in a busy environment with confident skills - Word , Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally some experience of using design tools such as Wordpress, Canva and Mailchimp. You will have some experience of digital content creation and social media management
• Awareness of safeguarding policies, data protection legislation and confidentiality
• Personal traits - flexible -systematic- positive.
