A supportive primary school in Nuneaton seeks a committed SEND Teaching Assistant for a part‑time role, working three days per week. You bring solid SEND experience and feel confident supporting pupils with varied and complex needs. You create calm, structured routines that help children feel safe, settled and ready to learn. As the day develops, you guide pupils through clear tasks, deliver targeted support and maintain consistent expectations that strengthen engagement. You adapt activities when needed and encourage independence, confidence and steady progress across the classroom.
