As Branch Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the launch, development and ongoing success of the branch - this is a fabulous opportunity to join a growing travel business, taking the lead at a brand-new location.

Retail Travel Branch Manager:

• Taking the lead in establishing and growing a brand-new retail travel branch.
• Recruiting, leading, motivating and developing a successful team of travel consultants.
• Driving sales, profitability and branch performance against targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
• Creating a positive, welcoming and customer-focused branch environment.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve their full potential.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business and maximise sales.
• Managing the day-to-day branch operations and ensuring high standards are maintained.

Skills required for the role

• Previous experience within the travel industry, in a supervisory or management role.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business performance.
• A confident and inspirational leader who can build, motivate and develop a team.
• Proactive, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build something new.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
