Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Location: Solihull
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Solihull, delivering approximately 900 hours of care per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and continued development of a well-established service.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and leading the domiciliary care team
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
• Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
• Supporting and developing staff
• Managing rotas, care delivery and operational performance
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, families and professionals
• Ensuring the service continues to meet and exceed quality standards

There is no business development or sales requirement with this role – the service already has a strong level of care delivery.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who:

• Has previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
• Holds an NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance
• Is an effective people manager and leader
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is confident managing a busy domiciliary care operation
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
