Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Recruitment

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + Excellent Commission Structure
Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid Working | Free Parking

Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in recruitment, business development and monthly billings.

This is not an entry-level position. You must be able to demonstrate previous recruitment success, including your monthly billing figures and your ability to win, develop and retain new clients.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment position. You will be expected to actively generate new business while developing strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively winning new business and bringing new clients into the company

• Identifying and approaching prospective clients

• Making regular outbound business development calls

• Developing new client accounts into long-term relationships

• Generating and managing your own vacancies

• Sourcing candidates for temporary, permanent and temp-to-perm positions

• Screening, interviewing and presenting suitable candidates

• Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement

• Negotiating rates and terms with clients

• Managing your own recruitment pipeline and monthly revenue

• Consistently achieving agreed billing and business development targets

Essential Requirements

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

• A proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant

• Strong and consistent monthly billing figures

• A successful history of winning new business

• The ability to bring new clients on board and develop those accounts

• Strong business development and sales skills

• Successful candidate placements

• Confidence in cold calling and approaching decision-makers

• A commercial and target-driven approach

• The ability to work independently and deliver results

At interview, you will be expected to discuss your previous monthly billings, targets achieved, new clients won and examples of business you have personally developed.

Healthcare or social care recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential if you can demonstrate a strong recruitment and business development track record.
