Senior Quality & Business Management Systems Lead

Location: Remote (occasional travel to Rugby)

Contract: 6 Months inside ir35

CCL Global is recruiting for an experienced Senior Quality & Business Management Systems Lead to support a leading organisation within the energy and power sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening and developing the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and supporting the integration of business processes across different divisions.

The role will also involve working closely with PMO leadership to map, review and optimise core business processes using SAP Signavio, supporting the implementation of a new Portfolio Project Management (PPM) system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development, implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and coordinate activities for upcoming ISO 9001 surveillance audits.
• Ensure quality documentation, procedures and operational processes meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Support the integration of different business divisions into a wider corporate Quality Management System.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve quality processes and encourage consistent ways of working.
• Map and optimise business processes using SAP Signavio.
• Support the mapping of Order-to-Remittance (OTR) workflows.
• Work alongside PMO leadership to develop structured processes that support the implementation of the PPM system.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience managing, implementing or improving Quality Management Systems.
• Detailed knowledge and practical experience of ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience preparing for and supporting internal and external quality audits.
• Hands-on experience with business process mapping and process improvement.
• Experience using SAP Signavio or similar business process modelling tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across different business functions and influence operational improvements.

Desirable Experience

• Background within the energy, power generation, utilities or wider engineering sectors.
• Experience integrating business units into established management systems.
• Exposure to PMO environments and Portfolio Project Management (PPM) systems.
• Experience mapping Order-to-Remittance (OTR) processes.
