Job Description:

Role: Project Coordinator   

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Onsite – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum   

Location: Coventry

Our client, a growing engineering business based in Coventry, is recruiting for a Project Coordinator who are looking to develop their career over the long term.

 

Project Coordinator   – Key responsibilities:

• Support project quotations and estimates by assessing scope, risks, costs and timescales.
• Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within scope.
• Coordinate site requirements, including tooling, equipment, documentation and communication with project teams.
• Manage customer and site communications, ensuring changes, risks and project costs are communicated effectively.
• Complete project reports and close-out activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

 

Project Coordinator - Essential Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications in Engineering/Manufacturing or similar
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and motivated approach.
• Able to meet deadlines
• IT Literate
