Nursery Manager – Southam – Full Time

A warm and well‑established nursery in Southam seeks a confident and experienced Nursery Manager for a full‑time role. You lead daily operations with clarity, structure and a strong commitment to high‑quality early years provision. You create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel settled, supported and ready to explore. You guide staff through clear routines, maintain strong safeguarding practice and ensure the nursery meets all EYFS and regulatory standards. You build positive relationships with families, support staff development and drive continuous improvement across the setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Nursery leadership that maintains high standards and consistent routines
• Staff management including supervision, coaching and performance support
• Safeguarding oversight with full compliance and clear reporting
• EYFS curriculum planning that promotes learning, independence and early development
• Operational management including health and safety, ratios and daily organisation
• Strong communication with families, external agencies and senior leaders
