Location: Contechs, Warwick
Employment: Part-Time / Full Time

Position Overview

Contechs are seeking a Front of House & Client Experience Coordinator to take ownership of the reception and client-facing environment at our Warwick facility.

Our clients include some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, and we are looking for an individual who understands the importance of creating an exceptional first impression.

The successful candidate will have excellent front-of-house expertise, a professional and outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage comfortably with senior executives, clients, suppliers and employees.

Beyond reception duties, the role will take ownership of the overall visitor and client experience, ensuring that reception, meeting rooms and associated facilities are consistently presented to an exceptional standard.

We are looking for someone who naturally understands premium front-of-house service and takes pride in creating an exceptional professional environment.

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

Previous experience in a high-quality reception, front-of-house, corporate hospitality, executive office, luxury retail, premium automotive, hotel or similar client-facing environment.

Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all organisational levels.

A warm, welcoming and empathetic manner, with an ability to understand and anticipate the needs of visitors.

Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive mindset – identifying what needs to be done rather than waiting to be asked.

Professional discretion when dealing with clients, executives and confidential business matters.

Excellent telephone and email communication skills.

Competence using Microsoft Office and standard business systems.

Previous administrative experience.

The ability to work independently and take genuine ownership of the front-of-house environment.
