Job Description:

Site Manager – 1 Week Holiday Cover

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Start Date: Monday 9th November
Duration: 1 Week – Freelance

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a week's holiday cover on a warehouse refurbishment project in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

The project is approaching completion, with all major works due to be finished. The role will primarily involve overseeing the final stages, including scaffold dismantling and removal of safety netting, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations during the holiday cover period.

• Supervise scaffold dismantling and netting removal.

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safe working practices.

• Maintain site health & safety standards.

• Ensure the site is left safe and secure.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certification.

• First Aid at Work.

• Valid CSCS Card.

• Previous Site Management experience, ideally on industrial or warehouse refurbishment projects.

• Available to start Monday 9th November.
