Hays Education are looking to speak with primary teachers who are considering a more flexible way of working this academic year.

We work with a range of primary schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas and support teachers looking for everything from occasional supply work to regular long-term placements. Whether you're looking for a better work-life balance, returning to teaching after a break, or simply want greater flexibility in your working week, we can help.

We work closely with many local schools and often receive exclusive roles that aren't advertised elsewhere, including class teaching positions, PPA cover, intervention roles and long-term teaching opportunities.

Your new role

Teaching doesn't have to mean committing to a full-time permanent position.
We are keen to hear from teachers who want the flexibility to choose when and where they work, while still enjoying the rewards of being in the classroom. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
• Good knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional and positive attitude
