Financial Planning Administrator

Borough of Solihull | Full-time | Up to £32,000

Headturner Search are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their established team based in Meriden.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or someone with strong financial services administration experience who is looking for a long-term role within a professional and supportive environment.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of client accounts and financial planning processes.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers

• Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence

• Managing new business and ongoing client administration

• Liaising with providers, clients and other relevant third parties

• Processing applications and maintaining accurate client records

• Assisting with reviews and ensuring all required documentation is in place

• Supporting the team with general financial planning administration

• Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within financial services administration, ideally within a financial planning or IFA environment

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicating with clients and professional third parties

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines

• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently

• A strong team player with a professional and personable approach

• Keen to develop a long-term career within financial services

Experience using financial planning or CRM systems would be advantageous, although full details will be discussed with suitable candidates.
