1500 - 0100 Mon - Thu

Full Time - Temp to Perm

URGENT | Starting Tuesday 1st September 2026

We are looking for an experienced production operative to work a long term role with our client.

What’s the job?

• Using basic hand and power tools to complete assembly

• Manual handling of about 15-20KG

• Reading engineering drawings and following processes.

Requirements:

• Living in Rugby

• Previous production experience

• Available to start a new role immediately 

• Comfortable with the late shift - there are no other shifts available
