Job Description:

Warwick | £26,000 to £29,000 per annum | Full time, based in the office five days a week (no remote or hybrid working)

We're working with a fast growing manufacturing business based in Leamington Spa who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This is a fully office based role, Monday to Friday, working core hours of 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. It's a varied role that blends customer support with internal sales administration, ideal for someone who enjoys being the main point of contact for customers while also handling the process behind the scenes.

You'll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of smaller accounts, helping them get set up, guiding them through the company's systems and platforms, and making sure their orders run smoothly from quote through to delivery.

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Executive :

• Supporting customers through onboarding, showing them how to use the company's online ordering platform and systems
• Creating and following up on quotes, and turning these into manufacturing orders once approved
• Keeping on top of order documentation, from purchase orders to delivery and shipping paperwork
• Acting as the go between for customers and the production and logistics teams, keeping everyone updated on timelines
• Handling day to day customer queries by phone, email and chat, and troubleshooting where needed
• Processing and checking invoices, including working with freight and logistics partners
• Generating new leads and supporting the wider sales team with new business enquiries
• Logging and progressing any complaints or issues through to resolution

What we're looking for in a Customer Service Executive :

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or internal sales role, ideally within a business to business environment
• Comfortable using ERP or order management systems, along with good general IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical or process related information simply
• Well organised, able to juggle multiple accounts and priorities at once
• A proactive, solutions focused approach, happy to pick up the phone as well as respond to emails
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment would be an advantage but isn't essential
