Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service  Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career and wishing to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Working between the hours of 8.00am- 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch break and a 15 min break in the morning and afternoon.

37.5 hours a week

What you’ll do at work

• Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a friendly, professional first impression
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and helping them find suitable tile solutions
• Answering telephone calls and responding to customer emails.
  Supporting the processing of online orders and customer enquiries
• Learning about our product ranges, stock availability and promotional offers
• Assisting with order preparation and liaising with the warehouse team
• Supporting delivery scheduling for local and national customer deliveries
• Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Helping to resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintaining showroom displays and ensuring products are presented attractively
• Using business systems and technology to support customer service activities
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
• Following company policies relating to health and safety, data protection and customer service
