What will the apprentice do at work?

• Welcome visitors, customers, and guests to the Gallagher
  office in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area and customer experience
  facilities, ensuring they are well-presented at all times.
• Escort visitors and assist with sign-in procedures where
  required.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Support customer and partner training events, meetings, and
  workshops.
• Provide general administrative support to various business
  departments.
• Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Prepare meeting rooms and training facilities.
• Order lunches, refreshments, and catering for meetings,
  training sessions, and customer events.
• Assist with diary coordination and meeting arrangements.
• Support data entry, reporting, and document preparation
  using Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with a variety of operational and office processes.
• Help coordinate office supplies and general building
  administration activities.
• Support record keeping and document management.
