CNC Setter / Operator
Rugby, Warwickshire

Morgan Advanced Materials is a global manufacturing leader with a heritage dating back to 1856. We are currently seeking two CNC Setter/Operators to join our Technical Ceramics team in Rugby.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC professionals to work within a highly skilled manufacturing environment, producing precision-engineered components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Programme and adjust CNC machines to optimise quality and efficiency
• Carry out inspections to ensure products meet required tolerances
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Support routine machine maintenance and adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Work closely with production colleagues to maximise output and minimise downtime

About You

• Experience setting and operating CNC machinery
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing or engineering qualifications are desirable
• Experience within a precision manufacturing environment
