HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)

Location: Solihull B90 
Pay Rate: Competitive Rates Available
Shifts: Days & Nights Available

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support a busy retail distribution operation.

This role primarily involves store deliveries, ensuring products are delivered safely and on time to retail locations. Drivers should be prepared for a hands-on role, as loading and unloading of cages and goods is required. There is occasional trunking work with this client but the vast majority is store work.

This role has flexibility to give you as much as you want ongoing work, ad hoc availabilty, an extra shift in the run up to Christmas!  

• Completing store deliveries across the region
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation
• Delivering excellent service to store teams
• Accurately completing all relevant paperwork and PODs
• Following all health and safety procedures

• Monday to Friday - Days 
• Monday to Friday - Nights 
  
• Friday to Monday/Tuesday - Days
• Friday to Monday/ Tuesday - Nights 
• Saturday Days

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
• Ability to undertake physical loading and unloading duties
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
