ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established nursery in Leamington Spa with the recruitment of an experienced Baby Room Leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional to lead a 12-place Baby Room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where babies can thrive. You'll play a key role in supporting your team, maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring every child receives the best possible start in life.

• Lead and inspire the team within the 12-place Baby Room
• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment tailored to babies' individual needs
• Act as Key Person, supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Plan engaging activities that encourage early development and exploration
• Complete observations, assessments, and learning records accurately
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Support, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of practice
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and child-centred nursery environment

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) – essential
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery setting
• Experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role is desirable
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
