This is an opportunity to join one of the first specialist Industrial Door Companies with over 50 years of trading history. We service, repair and install a wide range of equipment including industrial doors, personnel doors, gates, grilles and barriers.

We are looking for an Administrator to work as part of the Service team in our Rugby depot.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm (can be flexible).

Duties Include:

• Answering the telephone.
• Logging calls onto the service database.
• Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email.
• Dealing with customers and engineers.
• General administration duties.
• Audio typing.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, proven attention to detail, a flexible attitude to tasks and an ability to manage a busy workload in a reactive environment.
