Account ManagementIT Support Specialist
Near Solihull, West Midlands (On-site)
£14.00 ph (£27,664pa)
Hours: 38-40 per week (flexi hours)

We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused Account Manager to join a friendly, fast-growing team working within the IT Support team.

If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in — you’ll fit right in.

Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.

What You’ll Do

• Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, visits and regular check-ins
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
• Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers
• Work closely with teams across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Great communication and people skills
• Customer service experience (phone and/or face-to-face)
• Strong IT basics (Windows 10/11, Excel, general IT literacy)
• Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning
